During a disaster, we help with dealing with your insurance adjuster to recommend items that may have been missed by adjuster.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer to gather information on what your project consist of. We sometimes will create a baseline 3d drawing to make sure we are on the same page. From their the beginning of your dream unfolds till completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years full time business owner. Held multiple General Contractor licenses in SC, Florida, and Georgia. We can handle Residential and Commercial. We are Storm Specialist. Was living in Charleston, SC when Hugo. and Manley Construction was born. We were asked to go to Miami after Hurricane Andrew and we established Your Company Manley Construction. We are well verse in structural repairs, roofing, painting, and any aspect of your home. We have built out multiple restaurants and businesses, and also well versed in Steel building construct. We do Turn key build and Custom Homes. If you can Dream it, We can Build it.
