I have known Vinnie for a number of years and used his services almost as many years. He has helped us with our PC in numerous ways over the years. Being in the over "50" category, there are times when we have been challenged; sometimes it was simple, and other times not so. In this day and age, trustworthiness is paramount and that, plus his ability to talk on our level without causing us to feel less-brained, has us calling him whenever we need help. Additionally, as it turned out he was our IT person where I worked, just another 'plus' for his capabilities.

From hardware to software, Vinnie knows his stuff. Have known him over 15 years and he has always been a straight shooter and honest enough to tell you when he doesn't know something. He will find out about it and get back to you though, something others haven't done. He has helped me on far too many occasions to recall, from the simple head slapper to the deepest virus's.
