- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is an average of the pros on Thumbtack. I’m not the cheapest because I know the value we provide is not a discount service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical I price the yard online be calculating the actual square footage. Most customers do not know the square cottage of their yard which is perfectly normal. I will confirm their quote and frequency of service. Then I will come service their property as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father had his own mowing company that services multiple Hamilton county school. I got a lot of experience working with him as a kid.
