To Say The Leash
About this pro
I believe that my works stands out from others because of my level of education and hands on experience. I spent 4 1/2 years at Berry College obtaining a Pre-Vet degree and a minor in Chemistry. I was fortunate enough to have hands on laboratories every week. I am Pet CPR/First Aid certified. So I can provide the latest and safest way to care for your pet I've been an animal lover since the day I was born. I've been raised around all types of pets, big and small. I eventually hope to pursue a DVM degree in the near future. So all my pet sitting just helps to make me a more well-rounded individual.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates can be confusing. My flat rate for boarding a pet in my home is $20 and in your home for $25/night. But the price of sitting in your home may increase depending on the distance I would have to travel. But don't let that scare you away. Please contact me and we can figure out a rate that we are both comfortable with. I also provide walking/exercising and the flat rate for that service is $10/hr.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I just recently finished a Pet CPR/First Aid class. I took the class at Georgia Dog Gym and I will be certified for the next 2 years. I received supplemental materials that I can refer back to, to refresh my memory and I do this often.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have 3 dogs of my own and I love nothing more than spending my days with them. I know families struggle when it's time to go on vacation or when they simply just want a night out. Their pet is like their child is boarding can be rough on an animal. What better way to enjoy yourself than to know your animal is in his/her own home with great care and not spending all day in a kennel??
