Introduction: when installing carpet I make sure I strectch the carpet in as tight as humanly possiable so that with normal wear and tear of rearranging furniture the carpet does not hump and show as well as an eyesore and aggravating as folks walk across the floor. As for the installation, I take extra precaution to make sure the customer gets the very best installtion service available as well as a great low price but looks just as good as what other professionals charge. What types of customers have you worked with?
I install carpet more than other flooring as carpet is the most popular, however, laminate is requested quite often as well as hardwood installion. Sometimes just a repair is requested, I also do restrectches & floor repairs. The most common question is do I sell carpet. I do not sell carpet, however do recommend the stores that have the best rates in town.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
All my work is guaranteed. I will travel up to a 60 mile radius from Chattanooga and surrounding areas. I supply the tools needed for a job, you just need to pick out the flooring desired. I can deliver the flooring if needed, just let me know when you hire me for a paticular job
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When I do flooring prep, as well as flooring installation, I am on the job as long as it takes in order to finish the job. I perfer to get the job done in 1 day so the customer can start enjoying thier new flooring as soon as possiable with no delays. I charge the least of installation than anyone else.
