I have been training with Doc for almost eight years now at two different locations. During that time he has been an extraordinary asset to me and my training. I was able to play varsity high school football and division 1 AA football thanks in part to Doc's training. He is very knowledgable in what developing athletes need, as well as how to continue training after their time in sports have ended. I have since graduated and continue to train with Doc regularly. I highly recommend his training for anyone interested in strength training, martial arts, or supplemental training for sports.
Courtney is there for you every step of the way. He's extremely thourough and welcoming of questions. He goes through the program with you from top to bottom. He makes every effort to be sure you understand how to make the program work for you. Regarding the online training- He comminunicates regularly to follow your progress. No doubt that he wants you to succeed. However, at the end of the day, your results depend on you. You are given the tools and more but you have to use them.
I only had one training with Chris and he was professional and on time.

Jeshua is awesome! My husband and I have been training with him 6 months now. He is great at motivating and pushing us just the right amount, without yelling like a drill sergeant! He is able to read us and know when to give us more weight as we get stronger. Jeshua uses a variety of exercises so it never gets boring. I would highly recommend Jeshua for your training needs!

Akil is a top trainer in Atlanta. His methods have held me accountable to my goals and I really enjoy his training style. Our workouts are intense but he is very attentive to making sure the exercises work well for my body type and comfort level. He is there to push me, but not to hurt me! That really makes a difference. After just a few months of training I am achieving my body and nutrition goals thanks to his guidance.
I have had a few trainers, but none of them has been as good as jerome. His military leadership experience and his educational background is impeccable. He pushes his clients to their max potential. And the best pet is he comes to your home, no dealing with traffic, or worrying about other people watching you at the gym. You actually get that pine on one training. And his prices are reasonable. Training with David has helped me to loose over 20 lbs. in 3 months. I know every woman will say "yeah that may be easy for you because you have time" but I have just the opposite. Prior to training with FitU I felt as if I had no time to eat healthy, hydrate properly or even exercise as I myself help people acheive their health care goals. As a chiropractor running an extremely busy practice, mother to a high school student, wife to an ill husband and having to commute 45 minutes sometimes an hour in Atlanta traffic each way to work 5-6 days a week I knew that I didn't have time to work out or so I thought. David texted me frequently giving great suggestions on food choices and advised me that working out at least 30 minutes a day with him on my lunch break was better than not doing anything at all. He has truly changed my outlook on working out forever. He is very understanding to each individual's situation and he truly wants to see you accomplish your fitness goals. I've been training with Crystal for 8 weeks now and also signed up to get a meal plan from her. It has been a great experience. I've lost several pounds and inches and my overall health has improved. I love that she offers a nutritionist approved meal plan. The meal plan is user-friendly, improved my results and helped get my family on track with healthy eating. Our training sessions are tough but doable and Crystal is great at motivating and pushing me to do my best. I have been working with Damon for a couple of weeks now and we will have much more work to do due to my needs. Damon is a very thoughtful, experienced, empathetic and effective professional. In 1 hour he gives me a more effective workout than my 1.5 hrs of home based exercises I received from my physical therapist. He has the right mix of caution yet pushing your body as necessary. He even goes the extra mile to contact me later in the day or the next day to see how my body is reacting to the training. I have already felt improvement and have no doubts they will continue as we work together. I've had chronic pain since about 1998 and I've had 3 complex back surgeries. I've worked with many physical therapists but no personal trainers. Damon is one of the best, if not the best, physical improvement trainers I've worked with. I would absolutely highly recommend him.
