- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my clients prefer to pay for packages versus paying by session. For them it's a sign of commitment to the process. During our time together, I am Coach, Resource, Mentor and always accessible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gaining trust and building rapport are key to a successful coaching relationship. Depending on the client this can be established quickly or over time. Clients can expect pre-work, assessments, discussions about goals and aspirations, homework, mentoring, training, being held accountable, and more during our work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My life experiences from working as a leader in religious organizations, as an senior leader in professional organizations, an undergraduate degree and MBA in business and technology, certificates in life coaching, and as an entrepreneur have prepared me for my role as a Life Coach.
