I charged a fixed session rate for one time sessions and offer discounts if you choose a monthly package.

Typically I allocate some time to get to know about my clients - background, goals, aspirations, problem areas - and also share about mine. This helps to build trust and rapport. There is often a prework survey which will help to guide and determine the next steps in our work together.

My life experiences from working as a leader in religious organizations, as an senior leader in professional organizations, an undergraduate degree and MBA in business and technology, certificates in life coaching, and as an entrepreneur have prepared me for my role as a Life Coach.
