Introduction: The quality of our work and our commitment to customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Our honesty, integrity, and professionalism are second to none. These principles describe who were are personally AND professionally. We derive great satisfaction from the transformation process. There's nothing more rewarding than taking a client through a renovation for the first time, knowing what's in store for them when the final product is complete. Since no two projects are the same, we share the same level of excitement with each home remodel.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No two renovations are the same, therefore there is no such thing as standard pricing. However, we do have "levels" that correspond with a general budget and pricepoint. Visit our website at www.homeappreciators.com to see how we distinguish between a Facelift, a Remodel, and a Renovation.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In the state of Georgia, General Contractors are now required to be licensed, however licenses could be obtained through a "grandfather" clause for exsisting builders. Ask your contractor if he sat for the State Exam to obtain his license. Also, many builders went out of business and resurfaced as renovators. There is a unique skillset required to convert or add on to an existing structure rather than build from scratch. Renovation specific experience is a must.
