They gave me the bathroom of my dreams! I hired Jessica and Daniel to remodel my master bath and create the bathroom I had always wanted. When we got started I wasn’t sure that what I wanted was even possible, but they pulled out all of the stops and made magic happen. Now I have an oasis in my home where I can truly relax after a long day. I love my new copper soaker tub, the floor to ceiling tile, my luxurious vanity, and all of the little details really brought the look together. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat, I want to remodel the whole house now! Here’s a tip though: Have a good idea what you want to get done and stick to that. I had to have been a nightmare client for them, I kept wanting to add and change things (which affected the budget and time line of course). So I’d say stick to the plan if you can and remember that any last minute changes will definitely affect the budget and might make the project take longer than you thought.May 10, 2017
Wonderful work, they are great at what they do. We LOVE our new bathroom. Appreciate their hardwork. They value relationships and are example to dedication to their work. They stand by what they do. Very organized when it comes to budgets and design. I will recommend them to anyone looking to do a home project.Jul 22, 2017Verified
Hired Daniel to help with a fast paced renovation, which evolved into tearing down virtually the entire house. The further we cut the more we found that required replacement. In the end, we replaced about 85% of the 950 square foot home with new construction. Daniel replaced the roof, built new decks, built the privacy fence, replaced all of the window seals inside and out, replaced the vinyl siding with hardy plank, painted the exterior of the house, designed and built a rod iron gate and handrail, ran the bobcat to level and slope the property, hauled and spread the gravel, managed all of the landscaping and then designed and built the barn door and mantle made from matching barn wood he sourced when finding and installing the exposed beam. Daniel moved and reframed interior walls, hung built in sliding doors, cut and installed all trim work throughout interior and exterior, replaced all plumbing, installed all electric and water fixtures, installed appliances, installed IKEA cabinets and trimmed out, custom built bathroom vanities, and did much more. Overall our experience was very positive and we are very pleased with the outcome of the house. His wife even stepped in and helped with the design of the entire home. It was the perfect compliment of modern vs. vintage and the house showed very well. This is the first renovation we've sold in only 3 days of listing with multiple competing offers. We appreciate having some fresh perspective and craftsmanship on this project and look forward to working with this team again soon! Thank you for all of the dedication...Dec 2, 2016Creative Living's reply
Thank you Dane! This was a very exciting project and we were happy to have so much involvement in reproducing/redesigning this home. It was quite the undertaking and we appreciate the opportunity to work with you. Looking forward to your new projects coming up!
We originally hired Mr. Flores to remodel our kitchen. He did a beautiful job in making our old “dated” kitchen look like a high end brand new custom cabinet culinary center. I didn’t think it was possible to repurpose our old cabinets and we didn’t have the budget for what my wife was finding in the magazines, so we started searching for someone that could make her and I both happy. A friend of ours told us about this guy she knew that could build about anything and had a knack for repurposing old stuff and making it look very fancy. Once my wife saw some of his work, she was coming up with all sorts of ideas. Fortunately, we stayed focused on just the kitchen to start with. Mr. Flores was very helpful in the planning of the project and found us ways to save money by using our existing structures and some repurposed wood and hardware instead of buying everything new. We even had some of our budget and materials leftover so we asked him to build a coat rack/bench/storage center in our laundry room garage entry area after we saw the finished kitchen. I was impressed with how patient he was with my wife making a few changes in the middle of the project as well. We would certainly hire him again for future projects. ScottMay 31, 2016
Daniel was very prompt in responding and kept in constant contact until we firmed up the appointment time. Not only did he fix the issue with the patio door very quickly and effectively but also was able to help me with fixing some kitchen cabinet doors. Very pleasant, sincere and upfront in his service. Would hire his services next time I need something fixed without a doubt!Dec 6, 2016VerifiedCreative Living's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Everything I do is priced based on the project, some pricing is simple, like just how many hours it will take me to complete it and can be quoted with some minimal understanding of what the assignment is and others is based on the complicated nature, design work, materials and other components.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First Step is to understand what they really want in their finished project, what will it be used for, how long does it need to last, what is most important to them, and their budget.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Residential investors, business owners, home owners, equestrians, elderly, family and friends.
