Robert came out to do an estimate on refinishing hardwood floors and removing carpet to replace with wood. At the time, I was waiting on the insurance company to send someone out to remove water damaged tile floors in a bathroom and replace them. The insurance company vendor was backed up so I asked Robert for a quote. He gave a very reasonable price so I decided to take a chance and am glad that I did. He did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. He will be coming back out to do the wood very soon.

Robert was very good. He has communicated well what he could do and sticked to his schedule and saved few planks of hardwood without removing all the planks that are needed for the floor...I would highly recommend and hire if I had any work in future

We initially hired Robert Daniel to install new flooring on the bottom level of the home we recently purchased and his work was so good we decided to have him install new flooring upstairs as well! We made the initial decision based on both his excellent reviews and his very reasonable pricing and we are very glad we did. He always responded quickly to our calls, showed up on time and did the work efficiently and skillfully. As a bonus. he was also very friendly. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and will use him again if we have another flooring project!

Robert and one other gentleman came and installed the floors and trim in kitchen, dining room, and upstairs hallway in such a timely manner and with such care (I have a lot of weird angles in the upstairs hallway). Floor looks great. Will def be using them if future flooring projects come up.

I offer fair and honest pricing. Each project is treated individually based on the material, size and type of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introductions, I will engage in conversation about the customer's specific wants and expectations. I will let the customer know exactly what to expect and how long the project will take. I want to customer to be completely satisfied with my presence and my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the flooring industry for 20 years. I started out as a helper, then quickly moved on to running my own business. A lot of my installation business comes from many popular stores.
