There’s not enough good things to say about Neal. If you need a DJ for anything you need to get Neal. He was helpful in every aspect of our wedding in addition to being the DJ. He is the best choice for anyone wanting a great DJ and helper at their wedding!

Neal was available to help DJ our event in a pinch! He was punctual, professional and very easy to work with and talk to. His light up DJ booth looked awesome and he even invluded lights! We had people on the dance floor all night!

DJ Neal is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend him enough! He was great at communicating before the wedding, he had custom playlists and helped me create the perfect one for us. He was punctual and set up quickly. Not only did he stick to the timeline perfectly but he went above and beyond in every aspect. He offered help to every vendor, offered to refill our drinks, stuck around well past the wedding ended to make sure we had gathered everything we needed to and made sure to put us first the entire time. This man is an absolute saint and worth every penny!

We booked with Neal for our wedding and unfortunately we had to change the date due to some unforeseen circumstances. Neal was already booked for our alternate date so it didn’t work out. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I OFFER UP FRONT ALL INCLUSIVE PRICES WITH UNLITED HOURS. This removes the stress of do I want this, that, etc. I am very competitive for this market and my ratings-- you may find cheaper but you won't find it with my reputation and experience. As an independent I can be flexible---Print off other quotes and we can talk!!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond rapidly to their initial request, then remain actively involved in the process with them. Since DJing is the only activity I do, I am also available to assist. I send out an email with an information sheet that has the basic information on it for the event that walks them through the planning process as well. If they have questions I am available by phone, email, or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience with DJ, and over 30 years of Customer Service. I strive to ensure the customer remembers the day as one of the best and smoothest.
