TelsTails offered quite an outstanding service and is worth this referral and possibly many more. However, the company's owner sat, explained, and journeyed with me throughout the boarding process. Nyla, my cat, didn't want to be boarded at first, but eventually, she settled in with TelsTails. I was pleasantly given frequent daily updates on Nyla's happenings and felt it was a win-win situation. Nyla returned home with cat treats, my family was happy to see me during the holidays, and I will definitely use TelsTails again in 2019/20.
