I had MD Knox Custom Glass out to offer advice on window repair in the spring. They did a nice job with the repair and were reasonably priced.
About one month ago now I noticed one of the windows (double pane) fogged up after some particularly bad weather and humidity. It seemed that part of the window was not sealed. The MD Knox team came out to assess the problem and replace the glass for me.
Scheduling could have been communicated better, but overall I was, and am, pleased with the value, professionalism and result. Thanks!

I hired M D Knox Custom Glass & Mirror to repair my window glass. They gave me a quote online. After they fixed the glass, I asked them to look at the window framed, as it didn't open fully. I was told there were a few nails in the frame, it took 10 minutes, to fixed it, and I was told to pay $50 above the quote. They didn't tell me before. They just announced the new price. I don't think it is a good practice to demand the new price after the fact, as I could opt out of not fixing the nails altogether. I would not recommend M D Knox to anyone else.

A window had gotten broken accidentally in a rental property I have in Atlanta. The house is a 90 year old duplex with single pane windows. Several other windows were painted shut, a lock was broken, and they were in various states of disrepair. I was concerned about my tenant’s safety since the broken window was next to a door. Marcus responded promptly to my call and arrived at the property in about an hour. He did a beautiful job replacing broken panes, repairing a window lock and unsticking windows. Both the tenant and I couldn’t be happier. He even swept up the broken glass that was there when he arrived. The windows look beautiful and Marcus was very professional and courteous.
