- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A company charged my grandmother $95 service fee to come out and look at her fridge. He didn't even look at it. So I decided to help instead of taking.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Repairing traditional washers and dryers along with electrical stoves and fridges. Newer machine cost a lot for parts. We can't afford to offer low rates with expensive parts.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I also teach appliance repair at Savannah Technical College.
