- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are first and foremost very competitive. There is a slight up-charge for refrigerator and oven cleaning, but that is also minimal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer, their home, and what the customer is most concerned with in regards to their cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually worked as a dog groomer when I started my business and practically all of my customers have pets. After the cleanings, I usually walk and play with the fur babies.
