It had been 15 or so years since I had really been active so I had some concern whether or not I would be able follow the training. The Down Home coaching family quickly made me feel at ease. They began with an assessment of my abilities during the fundamental phase and started me with scaled routines based on those abilitys. Had it not been for this personal touch I would have most likely given up after a few days. During the course of the last eight months I have been able to achieve a weight reduction of almost thirty five pounds and found a family that is there to help you anytime. Be it to achieve your goals in you fitness journey or issues within your personal life.
I work with Josh every week. He's a great guy and will stay on top of you to train which I like because I get so busy making time fitness needs to be a priority. He helps out incredibly!

My life has taken a completely 180 since meeting Linda. By this point, I consider her a mentor and friend even more than a trainer as she exceeded anything I could have expected when my journey began. Fat loss. That is all I wanted at first. I was not concerned with health, measurements, strength. I just wanted fat gone! Linda immediately taught me that what goes into my body is going to directly affect the outside (and inside health!), that girls CAN and SHOULD lift weights (gasp!), muscle is attractive and the confidence that comes with overall health and strength can not be matched. Linda pushed me to places I didn't know I was capable of, days I didn't think I could do more, I could. She was incredibly motivating and supporting without making me doubt myself or being overbearing. To me, that single handedly makes. a great trainer. She teaches form and function and you learn a lot about why what you're doing is working which I find fun! On a personal note, she propelled me into a lifestyle, education and career in exercise science that I definitely didn't see coming. An incredibly inspiring person to work with, I recommend whole heartedly to anyone starting anywhere!
Making the decision to get a personal trainer can be difficult, but what's even more difficult is finding the right trainer that will push and motivate you to reach your goals. I had a trainer in the past, that I liked and was starting to see results with, but my trainer was leaving for an extended period of time, so I was given to Torrie as a new client. I was extremely nervous about switching trainers and unsure what to expect. After several weeks training with Torrie, I now know those nerves were unnecessary. Torrie was personable and genuine from the start. I truly feel that she is as invested in my fitness goals as I am. She pushes me past the limits I had unknowingly set for myself and really motivates me to keep trying, while sometimes having to give extra encouragement on those tough days. Needless to say, I highly recommend Torrie as a personal trainer. She is invested in her clients and is truly inspiring having worked hard on her own fitness.

Tyler is an excellent personal trainer and body sculptor. She has tremendous patience and great people skills. She switches the exercises on a daily or weekly basis so your never stuck in the same routine. And make sure you attend her Insanity classes the people there will keep you motivated and pumped up.
