- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill on a per project or hourly basis to suit our customers' needs or preferences. Website prices range from $500 and higher depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is a conversation to outline exactly what a new customer is looking for, followed by a point by point discussion on how we can help meet each specific goal. This initial consult usually takes about 15-30 minutes. The customer will then receive a follow-up email with the outline and an opportunity to make adjustments to the scope. Next they will receive a written proposal with a cost estimate which leads to a letter of agreement. Then it's off to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ted Anderson, Owner and CEO, has over 20 years of experience in web design, graphic design, branding and web development as a freelancer, corporate graphic artist & webmaster and agency owner. Ted holds a Master's degree in Interactive Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Serving in a corporate role for over 16 years, Ted took up the challenge of owning and operating his own firm in 2016 in order to serve a broader base of clients and put years of training to use.
