Southern Thunder BBQ Cooking School

Introduction: Learn to cook BBQ in one day. It's an all-day, hands-on, super fun day of learning and finger-licking, gourmet, Southern barbecue. Students cook their own ribs, briskets, pork butts, chicken and more on a variety of smokers. We hold monthly classes with 24 students in Smyrna, GA. Our graduates always keep in touch. Some help us compete, volunteer for charities or other STBBQ events. We also have private clients we travel to. These clients range from people in the corporate world seeking team-building events, entire fraternities or a family reunions.
