Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I do not time my clients workouts like all other trainers do. I work with my clients for as long or as little as it takes to provide a high quality workout depending on their level of fitness. I get a tremendous amount of satisfaction when I can help someone get in shape and accomplish their fitness goals over a period of time.

I have been training an average of 2 to 3 days a week with Gary Couch for 11 years. He personalizes each client's training based on the client's stated needs, weaknesses, and strengths. In my case, I have low back and knee issues. My chiropractor and knee doctor both approve of my training with Gary and have provided guidance on the specific areas to strengthen as well as exercises to be avoided. Gary adheres to that advice. He also mixes up the exercises so even if we're working on core, for example, we're not doing the same repetitive exercises each time. We use a combination of machines, free weights, and body weight. Gary's punctual, easy to talk to, and genuinely committed to helping his clients meet their goals. I highly recommend Gary as a personal trainer.
