I used Photopromaddic Photobooth for my daughter's 13th Birthday party. The photobooth was a Hit! The props were Awesome and the kids and grown ups Loved it! Ronald Smith went above and beyond the call of duty by staying past the 2hour commitment. I would definitely recommend Ronald Smith and his company for any event you have. He is very patient, kind and he was a pleasure to work with!

Ronald was the very best! He was on time, courteous, efficient, and very patient. He followed up within 48 hours with a link to all of the shots at the party. He also gave out photo strips during the party. His photo booth was the HIT of our neighborhood party! I will never use another vendor again! Awesome work Ronald!

I met Ron Smith via a customer service request for PhotoPromAddic. I briefly discussed how pleased I was with his staff's service at the One Music Fest 2014 Concert, along with inquiring if his company could service the original photos taken at one of the event's stationed booths. Not only did he email me copies of the photos, which were of high quality, he also completed the order request in less than 24-hours. Smith was professional and customer service oriented via the phone and in his follow-up emails.
