Plus One showed up on time and removed the tree. I was pleased that they cut low to the ground as I did not pay for stump removal. I was not on site and did not get a chance to meet Cleo but was pleased with the way they left the yard.

Absolutely amazing. These guys are top notch and work like a well oiled machine. I could not have been happier with the outcome and Cleo was amazing and stood by his word. They came the next day took down my trees and now I have an amazing view of the lake. It was a very difficult feat but they did it. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

This service is professional, polite, and extremely efficient. They removed a tray which leaned over my garage. They were careful to make sure that no damage was done to my garage or my lawn. I would hire these guys again. The best!

2 day project. On the first day they came later than expected because of another job but were prompt on the second day. Excellent job; excellent clean up afterwards. Bid based on photos I took of the tree to be removed-this saved time and an extra visit. Reasonably priced comparable to other bids-selected because they could do the job the next day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
minimal trimming with deadwood removal starts at $250. removal with stump varies depending on the height of the tree and if it's next to a structure , power lines and if it's hazardous . minimum for a 20 to 30 maple for example would be $750 which includes grinding the stump and hauling off all brush and debris .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
customer should send us a detailed description of the work that they would like done , picture are very helpful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
certified arborist, associates degree in horticulture, Bachelor's degree in Urban Forestry, 17 years experience in urban forestry and hazardous tree removal .
