I would enthusiastically recommend Frank for your project .I have worked with Frank for over 10 years on a number projects from residential to commercial. He has good instincts for cost estimating on the front end and can do interesting design work that reflects those costs as an Architect. Then since he is a General Contractor as well, he has the ability to translate those original ideas into final construction costs and buildability. Overall he has an understanding of the whole process from concept to the end product. That experience translates to less surprises and more satisfied clients.Jul 6, 2015
Very Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. I have worked with Frank on several projects over the years and each time I am reminded of how impressed I am with his work. From initial design to project completion and all aspects between, I would recommend him to anyone. His attention to early on budget analysis can save you time, money, and stress. He brings a great business sense to his design solutions that keeps the project ârealâ. Franks fees are money well spent since he views the project not only as an Architect but also as a General Contractor. So he sees the endgame from the beginning. Excellent Work Frank. Frank did an excellent job! He was very detail oriented and explained everything to me in plain terms so I could understand what was going on and why. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for projects in the near future. And he answers the phone! That is really important to me.Jul 22, 2015Verified
He was really good in taking out the time to visit the site and understand the project. He is very professional and modest at the same time. I did find the price a bit high but I'm sure he would have done a quality job. I'm not able to proceed with him because of some unforeseen delays to start my project. Thank you Frank, I appreciate your time and interest in my project.Jun 7, 2015Verified
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find that person who will challenge your view of the world in a positive way. That will inspire your journey thru the creative process and will allow you a voice.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? That thought and planning makes the built world much less expensive. When people attempt to rush the process, direct only from verbal direction, and eliminate good drawings, the final building will be far more expensive.
