- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All repairs comes with FREE DIAGNOSTICS if customer drop off at Laptop Guru. It saves the customer a TRIP COST to go to their location. However if customer willing to pay then we can go onsite to perform work.
