FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was really during my high school years when I bought my own desktop, which was on dial-up Ethernet. I was so curious with how it operated and worked that I began tinkering with my desktop until I knew everything from the motherboard all the way to the different integrated circuits inside such as the on-board sound card. When I became familiar with the more advanced workings of the personal computer I started fixing desktop, laptops, and the different types of networking infrastructures available from corporate to residential.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every single day I will be doing some sort of network, email, and printing troubleshooting for my clients. I love helping my clients 100% of the time.
