- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically like to ask the necessary questions that will give me information which will help us accomplish the goals that they would like to reach.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended NASM ( National Academy of Sports Medicine) and I continue to read and do research in order to provide my clients with the best possible service that I can provide. My goal is to help my clients reach their peek condition physically, mentally and emotionally. I am also certified in health coaching, performance enhancement, health club management, and defensive tactics. I also know 2 additional martial arts including boxing. It is my goal to be the best qualified trainer you will ever come in contact with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?When I was in middle school I was over weight and I realized how unhealthy I was, so I decided to get off my butt and do something about it. That's when my passion for fitness was born. It is my goal to cause that very same spark to go off in you and help you change for the better.
