rina has the ability to make a believer out of a nonbeliever and I am not talking about religion! I am talking about the benefit of hard work, encouragement and overall health. One look at the age range, body types and different women who come in and out of her studio from stay at home working women to single ladies working 9-5, to retired teachers I watch as one by one I see each either coming in as I come in or leave as I am arriving they all come in and not because of the location, it is because of HER! As a former educator and one who has used a personal trainer over the years I knew she was different. It is easy to not only see the physical signs of why she is successful but it is also obvious as she truly takes personal time and attention with everyone). I have been working out with David for nearly a year and have seen better/faster results than in the previous 10 years of exercising on my own. David is a stickler! Unlike several personal trainers I have worked with in the past, David pays extreme attention to form and body position, which has dramatically improved my performance and results. He demonstrates proper form and technique for each exercise and tailors workout sessions based on each clients desired results and restrictions (if any). David wants you to feel and be strong and he ensures you are properly motivated and challenged to reach your goals.
I am so lucky to have found Reggie at Streamline Fitness and just wished I had found him years earlier. In a panic over my upcoming December 4th wedding, I knew I needed help! There was something personable about his message to me introducing himself. I scheduled an assessment appointment with him. Reggie evaluated my strength, endurance and balance (which was pretty bad) as well as my goals (lose weight for my wedding). He also sent me an easy to follow meal plan that would help get me to my goal weight. On my first day with Reggie, I had no clue what I was getting into or where to even begin. Reggie was very caring and understanding of my limitations but continued to believe in me and that I could do it and promised that it would get better if I kept coming back. I must say, he was right! Almost 4 weeks in, I am amazed how good I feel and that I am even excited to go see him, even the 6 am sessions. He switches it up and everyday is something different which keep it fun and exciting. Everybody there is super nice and make you feel comfortable because they are also doing the same thing. I can’t wait to see how GREAT I am going to look at my Wedding and I will have Reggie to thank for that! I recommend everybody to hire Reggie as their personal trainer, it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

I enjoyed working with Bakar. We hire personal trainers for different reasons and as someone who already works out regularly, I needed someone to push me to the next level. There were some days that I really didn't like Bakar😣, but he was giving me what I asked for. I loved the results I was seeing and only stopped due to a move. I would recommend Bakar as your next or first personal trainer. Expect to work...but Expect Results!!!
Kevin, is an absolute wonderful trainer. He is getting me ready for my wedding. He keeps in touch with me and he is helping me to make sure I meet my goals. He makes working out fun and I look forward to going each session. I am an older women and he works within my means and changes up the workout so that I do not get bored. I only wanted a women trainer, however decided to give him a try and it is working out wonderfully for me. I am already seeing results.
Who wishes Chris Powell from Extreme Weight Loss would show up on their doorstep but without the television cameras? Well, I met Jeff Chaffee from Train at Home Atlanta at the Alive Expo and he comes pretty close. Jeff doesnt move in for any length of time. But he does provide support when I need it the most. We came to an agreement to exchange training sessions for promotion, and what a great experience that has been. The first time I met Jeff at my home, we discussed my goals (lose all of the extra weight), my eating habits, and my concerns dealing with the weight. After Jeff, got a clear understanding of what my goals were, we (meaning I) was off and exercising. Jeff is a little different in that he doesnt wear gym clothes. So he is not going down and dirty with you but, instead helps you work through it and then you get to learn the correct postures and forms quicker. Jeff is a former Marine, with 8 years of personal training experience. In addition he belongs to American Council for Exercise, and is certified by the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, Jeff is also certified from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and has 3 years of Hypnotherapy Experience. Jeff is unique in the aspect that he comes to your home, office, or wherever you schedule him to be for a week. Then the following week, he Skype's with you (which is half price). You just need a webcam. Jeff helps you design a schedule that works best for you. Jeff explains this too helps begin to take on the exercise, nutrition, and new ways thinking as a lifestyle. Then it becomes more about you and your life and less about him. Since school ended this past week (yeah), he is experiencing my children. My 9 year old daughter wants you to know he is nice, cute, and funny. He also takes time to address them and other people in my life, because he understands they are important and a big factor in my overall movement. On a given day, Jeff will have me do step ups, squats, pushups, and weights. He also monitors and prescribes activity in between sessions. Before each session, he will ask how your food intake, and exercise was from the last meeting. He also texted me after me after my 5k. He wanted to check in on how I felt. Also after each session, a day or two later, he texts to see how you are feeling physically and emotionally. The good news is that Jeff feels that I have my eating under control. I am feeling very motivated and am looking forward to getting these last 40-50 pounds off me! I highly recommend John and Hindley Personal Training. For those of you who are considering hiring a trainer, please reach out to John! He is unique; he has a calm confidence that has really been integral to helping me move forward after over 5 years of no exercise. I was scared I was going to be judged and scared that it would take forever to feel better. Within the first 3 weeks, I felt stronger-- which was a huge step for me. Now, 6 weeks later, I AM stronger and I am so happy that I found John on Thumbtack. John has been such a positive influence and I never felt judged! I have a long way to go, but I am willing to put the time in and I want to continue to work with John to get what I want for myself. My goal is to continue to lose weight and make better food choices. Fritz is a great trainer, even in a class setting I got personal attention! He never let me quit on myself and pushed me past my self imposed “breaking point” showing how much more I can actually do! He cares about you as person too not just about getting the paycheck... if anything ever conflicted with a class or injuries he is sure you are at 100% before you start back.
I have taken classes with Tonya Iverson for 2 years now. However she has been my personal trainer for 2 months. Before working with Tonya I had all but given up on ever losing weight. She has been an outstanding personal trainer. Not only have I been losing weight after years of trying but I also have found a more positve outlook on this weight loss challenge. Islam is very good both as a person and as a trainer. I have been working with him since three months and I can distinctly feel changes in my body. His technique is just right. Not only does he know how to train in terms of weight lifting and other excercises he is also knowledged about how to work with previous injuries and get the right results. He is very punctual and has never missed a session yet. Not only does he train but he makes sure he is there with you every sec never letting you out of his sight. Anyone reading this review , think no more, I assure you he will be the best thing you choose today.
