FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the dogs temperament, type and size of dog, the condition of there coat, the length of hair, if it's double coated, etc. . Since Each dog is unique and each have different needs...I will accommodate them to the best of my ability. *Grooming prices (vary and could change) will include: brushing, bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and haircuts for dogs that normally require clipping. *Prices listed do NOT include de-matting or extra brushing. See below. *Challenging Dog Handling Fee* This applies to dogs that require a muzzle for handling, or require more time to to work on because of difficulty on the grooming table. Dogs that defecate or urinate on the groom table, tub, with blow dryer or in crate and then require multiple baths because of it. That being said please make sure you dogs are well exercised and have been out to relieve themselves before getting groomed. Always let me know if your dog has an issue with biting during brushing, handling or nail trims. Remember that my hands are my livelihood and the more knowledge you share with me helps with understanding your dog’s needs. Challenging dog fees range between $10-$50.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
