Introduction: We enjoy the challenge of solving a customer's maintenance or repair dilemma, whether it's an air conditioning problem, electrical issue, or installing crown molding; it's all about getting the problem solved. There are times when we have to play detective with a building or mechanical issue, like "When did you first notice the noise?" or "Tell me about any previous problems with this equipment/door/light, etc" At other times, its like putting together a puzzle; all the parts have to fit together perfectly or nothing works.
