When it comes to getting the job done, I don’t believe in short cuts only quality work that will last. By believing in this I’ve always built long-lasting relationships. I get great deals on new HVAC equipment from the manufacturer that Im able to forward to my clients. No repair or install is too much for myself or my team. One thing that I do ask is to not request of my service if your unsure if you need a service or are shopping around. Thumbtack charge fees toward us just for you (customer) to say hello. So please make it fair for us as we are trying to feed our families as well and not request a service from me to get charged and your not serious. Mike was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. I can see why he comes so highly recommended. Our very old HVAC finally died in our condo. We had been warned it would be costly and complicated to replace because of its age and how many times it had been patched and repaired. Mike and his partner took great care to ensure they carefully took apart and unraveled the old hunk of junk and then carefully installed the new unit (that I selected from several options he provided). By the time they left, the condo was so warm I had to turn it off! Yay for a working system! Efficient, reasonably priced, and a job well done. I hope we only need to call on Mike for maintenance in the future but if you need a new system or repair, he's your guy.

Mike was extremely communicative from the time I booked the appointment to the end of service. He took the time to explain the current issue and any future issues that I would encounter if I was unable to repair it at the moment. Additionally, I had an issue with the preferred method of payment and my bank of choice but Mike was patient and I’m appreciative.
