Introduction: I have been in the Fitness industry for more than 2 decades. I am a NASM Certified Personal trainer as well as a group fitness instructor. I offer individual training as well as small group training in my private studio.
I believe that for a program to be successful, you need to commit to training with me a min of 2X a week, and also be willing to do some additional workouts that I will provide on your own. Here in my studio I have a variety of equipment, and the studio is newly remodeled. I have a variety of cardio and strength training equipment, including dumbbells, Kettlebells, treadmill, and TRX suspension trainers. I am a level II qualified TRX instructor.
