- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Celebrating a special event for 2 such as a Birthday, Anniversary or even a first date? For $175 you will be provided a 3 course meal with a keepsake to mark the celebration. There are 2 types of food service packages: 20 meals including menu planning, preparation, storage and clean-up starting at $405/service or a private chef rate of $30/hour plus the cost of food with a two to five times a week visits to prepared foods. Private dinner parties are negotiated upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with potential new clients and talk and we can make sure if we are both in a win-win situation. I like to know their expectations and they can understand the perimeters of what I bring to the table. The relationship starts with an initial consultation to determine your family's food preferences. A food questionnaire to know the clients likes and dislikes along with dietary restrictions.
