The first thing that attracted me to the Meltdown Fitness family was the positive feedback I got from all the women who were already working out with Stan as their trainer. I truly appreciate Stan's demeanor during workout sessions; he is consistently professional, supports all clients to complete their tasks and reach their goals, and his tone and approach is not belittling or demeaning. Stan constantly challenges me beyond by own strength and the workouts are NEVER boring! He is respectful of my time and he often explains what the objective of doing certain exercises are during the workout. I have invited several friends to work out with me and all of them stated they enjoyed the experience. I'm trying to get those same friends to commit to joining. The training schedule fits my schedule and is affordable. I began working with Stan about a year and a half ago. I've lost a noticeable amount of weight, as well as improved my strength and endurance. I have enjoyed the training experience so much that working out with Stan as my trainer has become a lifestyle change.

My experience working with Stan was Amazing, he really wants to see improvements in the body. He is a motivator and his motivation helps boost up the morale in his clients. He pushes you to your greatest potential, I would recommend him to everyone I meet who wants to make a difference in themselves. Thanks Stan for building confidence in myself.

Stan's calm demeanor makes it so easy to come in and do the "work" required for a healthy, fit and fine body. He has a way of encouraging and pushing me all while never raising his voice! I think he's effective because he has established a method that encourages and supports but still pushes and demands. And he does this all while smiling.

Training with Stan has been one of the best experiences of my life. I couldn't ask for a better trainer. He has complete knowledge in health and fitness and is more professional than I could ever ask for. He is awesome!
