It was a dream come true for me when I met Tyler Thompson of Thompson Home Improvements. I was not familiar with the whole insurance thing, worried that my problem was bigger than I had the money for, and skeptical of any work to be completed properly and timely. Tyler was so professional, confidant and had excellent communication skills. He ALWAYS returned phone calls and texts, he made me feel very at ease with the process, which included both interior and exterior problems; AND his workers were CLEAN - CLEAN and NEAT. Quite a lot of repairs were finished within the time frame Tyler had given. This young man should be extremely proud of himself and his company. I only wish I had more funding to make my home a showplace. Tyler worked with me every step of the way and
I will be forever grateful. The new bedroom ceiling looks gorgeous!
