Introduction: My work stands out from others, because I genuinely care about my clients and the huge investment they are undertaking. My services are geared toward arming the consumer with the necessary knowledge and information needed when determining if they will purchase a home. My inspections go beyond the cosmetics and provide summaries and evidence the consumer can rely on. The price of the inspection will include complete and thorough review of the home's HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement and structural components. Upon completion the client will receive a written report with results. I enjoy assisting people in seeing their dreams come true. A home is a major milestone in one's life. Regardless of if you're a single professional, relocating professional, married couple, or empty nester, I enjoy helping others have peace of mind in making a key financial decision.

Mr. Williams did a great job. He spent more time on this home inspection than any I’ve ever had, and even crawled all the way into the very tiny crawl space under the house without complaint. He did not just do a rubber stamp report. Highly recommend.

Williams Home Inspection Services pricing system is very simple and fair. The price is determined by the home's size. Terms are worked out which are agreeable to both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with first time buyers, there is so much for them to learn if they attend their inspection. I am not just an inspector but a teacher, who shows the buyer how to better manage their investment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am a member of GHIA and there are always continuing education courses that afford Home Inspectors with the capability to stay current on new inspection trends and what areas to focus inspections on.
