What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes are custom quoted based on number of hours, photographers, digital or printed display or if a license is needed. Thumbtack quotes are estimates. I'll work with you to determine the best price to fit your budget and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone or in person consultation to determine your needs. I address several things that most clients never thought of. Whether you're hiring your first professional photographer or you've hired several times before, I'll guide you through the process to make sure it's a stress free experience and that you'll get photos that you love.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with classes in high school. Although I have a mechanical engineering degree, I've taken several continuing education courses including community college, attended industry conferences and in depth seminars on lighting, posing and connecting with people.
