He tried several times to help me over the phone without charging, but eventually my pesky AC issue needed a part replaced. They came out the next morning, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I definitely recommend!

I initially called because my AC wasn't cooling down my home. A 20 year old AC btw. They came out and checked everything and told me ways to keep my AC going a little bit longer which was awesome. We decided to go with a new unit after getting quoted for new.(We could not repair the old.) The install process lasted about 4 hours which was quicker than I thought. Everything was running great before they left. We also got a 10 year warranty in the AC which is awesome. Will definitely recommend to others.. and call out for additional work that may be needed. Wilson and his brother are the perfect team.

I just moved into a home and the inspector missed that the bonus rooms were not receiving HVAC properly. We were going into winter and I needed this addressed immediately. When I reached out to William he got back to me right away and saw me the next day. Unfortunately, the entire system needed to be replaced and, since the two systems to the home were 18 years old already, I requested a quote on the whole shebang. William gave me a great deal and got his guys to work right away. Afterward, I did have a minor issue with two thermostats not working independently of each other (they were tied to each other instead) for the two bonus rooms. William came out again immediately and fixed it promptly. What I like about William is that he's a new tradesman to this area and his reputation means more to him than making a quick buck. He really stands behind his business and his priority is making his customer happy. HVAC is working well for the main house now and our bonus rooms. I'm happy to recommend his services.

I had a major flooding problem when I contacted Wilson Air. The plumber I had contacted said it was an air conditioning problem. Wilson came out after hours to help us. They checked everything out and determined it was indeed a plumbing problem. After checking out all 3 units they still only charged $39 for the evaluation. There was no price gouging, no extra services or products that weren’t needed. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and wanting to genuinely service their customer. They will keep my business in the future. Have no fear in calling them. A+
