Introduction: I find myself personally invested with each client I encounter. When I listen to my client's needs, I truly try to produce the home/office that suites the requirement. My clients say I have a knack for hearing things they didn't say. Requirements in a property, they didn't even know they wanted. This helps me to get the right people with the right properties quickly. I partner with a number of agents in the field to stay up to the minute on available properties. I am also very knowledgeable about the infrastructure of the buildings themselves, and enjoy passing my knowledge on to my clients while walking properties. I have been told by buyers that I find more items than most inspectors. It's a personal feather in my hat to be knowledgeable on the build. I also host open houses on my listings, which is something a lot of agents have lost touch with. I reverse prospect buyers who have searched my listings and also agent who have sent my listings to their clients. I print flyers for all of my listings. It's important that I can catch anyone's eye who is looking at the home. I even put huge executive signs at all of my listings at no extra cost, because the sign alone draws attention to the listing. I love closing deals the most. Honestly, I don't get excited about a deal until it's closed, or a property until the lease is signed and deposit is made. This helps me to stay on my toes and always be available and responsive for each of my clients. I love everything about real estate. From the property searches, to the showings, to the negotiations, all the way to actual structures of the properties themselves.
