- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company has exceptional work ethics. We take pride in your projects. We give free estimates, not to confuse this with troubleshooting (if repair/diagnostic is required) this is a basic $150 and does go towards the repair labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the full scope of what their needs/wants are. We then calculate how long the work should take, the materials needed in order to give the best price possible. After price agreement then we schedule a date and time with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of apprenticeship and 30 years of experience. I have clean background.
