About this pro
I approach a person from the perspective of not only their physical being, but their psychological, emotional, and spiritual well being. Exercise is a stressor, and if i don't know all my clients stressors, what motivates them, and in general a lot about their life, i wont be able to properly cure, develop, or teach my clients how to be the best version of themselves they can be. Literally being a doctor even though i don't have a MD after my name, rest assure that i will treat you as if im a doctor, and fix you in a way most medical professionals wont.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I read over 100 pages of literature everyday when i have time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I played football for Georgia Southern, but i was also passionate about weightlifting. It started out as just me and a few guys lifting in the gym, and before i knew it i had devloped Georgia Southerns first weightlifting team that i was the head coach of. From this experience i realized at 19 that i had the ability to coach 10 18 years olds from a 300ish squat halfway right to full depth 500+squats crushing the competition. A very gratifying experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with? Most of my clients are women between 30-40 years old just looking to lose some weight. I work with a lot of athletes, which to be honest is like clock work for me. If you want .3 seconds shaved off your 40 yard dash time, or a higher bench press thats no problem. I am also into the restorative sides of things training people of all ages to restore their flexibility, and body back to the way it used to be.
