- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes my catering per plate usually run between 13.00 and 16.00 dollars a plate. My floral arrangements run from 10.00 to 100.00, depending on the flowers, size, and type. I also have different packages for finger foods, dinner plates, and sweets menu
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get detalils about the event, the customers budget, I work up the price, and send contract/payment information, the event planning sheet and I keep in contact with the customer until the event.

Yes I attend workshops and seminars from time to time
