Steve came out on the second hottest day of the summer which was aSunday, because my power blew out on the hottest day of the summer, which was a Saturday. He was in the middle of a job when I got him on the phone and he promised he'd come when he could. He made good on the promise and then not only let me watch while he worked so I could learn something, but welcomed the chance to share his knowledge. He and he associate Kirwin couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Family in the electrician business in another state told me the bill was more than fair for the work and the fact that it was the weekend. I especially liked that he had everything he needed on his truck and that he took some time with me on the phone to help diagnose the problem. Will be calling Steve to do a little more work when circumstances are not so dire.

I couldn't be happier with the choice I made in hiring Steve to diagnose and repair my dishwasher that had stopped working. My son and I noticed a smell of burning plastic one evening after the dishwasher had been running and then the breaker tripped. I flipped the breaker back on and ran it anyway. It tripped again and I left it off for good, thinking it was time to buy a new dishwasher. Through word of mouth recommendation, I called Steve and asked if he could come by after I got off work one evening. He came prepared with the tools and parts that might be needed, In no time he found the problem. The main electric romex wire melted and it had burned through the insulation and charred the wood floor under the dishwasher. He went under the crawlspace, replaced the bad romex with new and hooked everything back up not only keeping me from wasting my money on purchasing a new dishwasher, but saved my family from what could have been a deadly house fire. His professsionalism and thorough workmanship, even checking the breaker panel box to make certain that it had not suffered damage, left me with 100% peace of mind. His rates were much less than I had anticipated. I would give him a perfect 10 and will certainly use him again for any future electrical issues or projects I have in my home, as well as recommend him to my family and friends. Great job!

Steve Wooten is a rare gem in a sea of mediocrity among contractors. Bottom line without reading further HIRE HIM and you will not be sorry. Over the years, I have dealt with many contractors. All were my friends upon approach, but few remained focused to the task at hand after the contract was signed. No one, until Steve, ever made me feel like it was their pleasure to be helping me. Steve is an honest and respectful man who still delivers and honest days work for an honest days pay. Steve installed electric and cable connections above our fireplace where few easy options already existed. Steve was professional and thoughtful throughout. In response to our compliments on the way he performed his work, he said he liked to work as if we was working on his grandmothers house. This speaks volumes to the way Steve approaches a job. I cannot say enough about Steves commitment to quality and detail. His work is of the highest order all while making you feel that another member of the family is in your home. Upon completion, Steve cleaned up and thanked me for hiring him. He also reminded me upon shaking my hand numerous times that I could call anytime and he would be available to assist me.

Steve is the best person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting I was referred to him by my brother. I must say I have been in customer service a very long time. After moving from New Jersey and purchasing. My home in Ga I had delt with many contractors But none as patient and respectably like STEVE he explained everything to myself and my husband.he came and did everything that he said he was going to do and some and assured me that when the job was done I would be very Happy and Guess what I was..... I also want to point out that from the first to the end of the job he explained everything and Much more answering all our questions and concerns and believe me my husband had a lot of questions he answered every one with a professional and curtious answer. I can go all night just talking about how great Steve is but you will have to see it for your self...trust me you won't go wrong with his quality and professional work... Steve your the best...
