- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an hourly rate of $80. Minimum charge for a home visit is $40. Minimum charge for phone support is $20. Minimum charge for visits to Savannah or beyond 25 miles is $80. Our office is located on Tybee Island.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we visit a customer home to fix the problem on-site. If several hours may be required, to keep customer costs down, we will take computer back to our shop. If customer can connect to internet, we may be able to help remotely, saving even more money for the customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 45 years combined experience in the computer and high technology business, from semiconductors to mainframes and everything in between!
