- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I get $100/hr with a $300 minimum. If I have to drive more than 50 miles I add a travel fee of $50 min.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact begins through Thumbtack then shifts to voice and text and in some cases FaceBook. From there I receive requests and we negotiate fee for service. I show up an hour early and setup and soundcheck. I remain in contact with client and ensure increased contact and sound directions (address) as day of venue approaches. I ask a lot of questions.

I've been playing guitar since I was 12 years old I took lessons for two years as a kid and have taught guitar out of my home
