I called Hi-Tech Roofing to get a quote on a minor repair. Within an hour of my initial call, they provided an estimate and, much to my surprise, completed the repair. Elizabeth was professional, responsive, and provided a very high level of customer service. She even took the time to follow-up with me the next day to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction, which was a very nice touch. I had an excellent experience with Hi-Tech Roofing and will not hesitate to call on them again if I need any roof work done.

I was in need of some roof repair after a leak in my roof was discovered. The job wasn't very large but for me was very important.
An excellent experience. From my first contact with HiTech to after the work was completed has been a very good experience. I appreciated their honesty and ethical approach to the whole process. They were very professional and hones with a very quick response time and timely and expert workmanship.
I am very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of roof repair. They made me feel at ease and explained the entire process to me. They made me feel more like family then just another customer.

I was impressed with the turn around time of the service. I was able to get a quote and the repair completed in the same day. The work met my expectation but the punctuality exceeded. I will be using them for future projects.
