I would love to give BeeYouGee 5 stars- the ease of appointment, price, value and prompt service was exceptional. I used BeeYouGee Pest Control Service for the first time to treat my basement and kitchen of Cockroaches. BeeYouGee were very professional, very clean and very thorough. I appreciate that Les Burgess came to my home, same day, on a Sunday, after my husband thought he spotted a field mouse in our house. He came almost 2 hours later than he originally quoted, making us late for an event. He told me he lived 2 hours away, so I did not cancel out of courtesy for him driving so far. But what frustrated me was that he did not give me a courtesy call saying that he would be that late - after I emphasized to him that I had an event that I had to attend. Once he arrived to our home he seemed to be quite scattered. He initially told me that he was going to be putting down a commercial grade mouse poison, when indeed it was not the brand he indicated and was something I could buy out of the store without an industry license. But that's not the problem. The problem came with his attitude when I was asking questions about what he was using and affirmed to him that I just wanted to make sure our hard earned money was not being wasted because he did not appear to be fully prepared. He then said he could just leave, although he would be extremely upset (he used different wording) if he did so after driving so far. First of all, he was not professional. He showed up in a Mosquito Authority shirt. He had nothing on showing his brand. Not a business card or even magnet on his car. Then, the box he used was a used rat bait box that was was dirty. When I asked him about this, he gave me another testy attitude, telling me that I didn't understand the costs of the box and that it was fine to use. When I told him that I asked a lot of questions because of my "law profession", he told me most lawyers he knew were jerks. I thought this was inappropriate and very unprofessional. I could have said most pest control company representatives wear a shirt or drive a vehicle with their brand and another company's logo, but I digress. He laid a few sticky traps down in my basement and stuck some steel wool in a few holes in the back of my house. So, I am giving him an average rating because we haven't spotted a mouse. However, his lack of professionalism and his products used, which seemed to be gathered together from maybe a grocery store and maybe his or someone else's yard moments before he came to our home, are where the deductions came. I don't feel like the price was worth it. He charged me $200 to stuff a few holes with steel wool, for a used plastic rat bait box placed under our back porch and to lay a few sticky traps in my basement. However, as mentioned earlier, he offered the convenience of coming on a Sunday and we have not spotted the mouse (my husband only saw 1).

Sunday afternoon pest control needed immediately. Quoted price to customer, she accepted proposal. I. put out rodent box 2 placed multiple traps indoors 3.completed entire inspection and treatment in 1.5 hours 4.sealed up gaping holes around drier vent which was under back deck and took before and after photos. Not once did i hear a kind word from you...i drove 2 hours to your 5000sq ft home and you had only bad things to say about your previous pest control provider. In the future have some courtesy towards our industry and the folks who give up a Sunday afternoon to take care of your "emergency". We all strive to do our very best. Best wishes,

I was referred to thumbtack by a co-worker and was a little skeptical to use this site but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Les gave me a great bid and remove a massive black hornet nests the size of my Dish satellite that was located 24 feet high on the side of my home near the roof while in the rain Friday the 26th of August. The price he originally quoted was really below the normal rate and Les advised due to the size it would cost me a lot more to get this nest removed if I was to call around to get other quotes. He was accurate in the price range because I called around and the quote were actually more than what Les suggested. Les was willing to do the job for less than the normal rate due to the original quote he gave. I decided to give Les more than what he was asking for due to his honesty and professionalism. I would recommend him and I will definitely utilize his serve if needed in the future. Thanks Les!!! :)

No. Each individual pest, such as roaches, fleas and bees cost a little more due to the nature of each pest.
