FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly invest in C.E. It is critical. Trends change so much, which means that buyers likes and dislikes will change as well. We are on top of this. We go to the Mart a few times a year. We attend the national convention for the Real Estate Staging Association. We also keep up to date on the best staging techniques through our training school at StagingTraining.com.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There are two main types of home staging jobs: (1) Vacant Staging - we design a space in its entirety for a home where the owner is not longer in it. (2) Occupied Detail Report - our detailed reports are amazing, thorough and effective. Typically any homeowner that uses this service sells their home withing 30 days. Stage, List SOLD! For more information on these services, please contact us today.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Home Stagers can be a dime a dozen. Look for the RESA-Pro designation. It assures sellers and Agents their Professional Stager is professional, not a hobbyist. It ensures they are licenses, experienced and educated in the industry. RESA-Pro designations are awarded by the only independent association for the home staging industry, RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). You can check out RESA at the realestatestagingassociation.com. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you have any further questions, please contact me at 678.978.1377.
