- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, square footage, the number of rooms, if additional time is needed, or if other services are added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our interaction with new customers is quite simple. We gather the basic information, provide an estimate, schedule the appointment. Because an estimate is an approximate calculation or judgement of value, we keep the customer updated in every step of the cleaning process to not go over budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Masters in Business. 5 years of experience in the hospitality & cleaning. 2 years as a housekeeper subcontractor.
