Gannon is extremely professional and it’s obvious he knows exactly what he is teaching. Every workout has a purpose and I saw vast improvement in my performance within weeks!Nov 13, 2018
Gannon was a great leader and very informative with all of the work out programs he provided me. He was always looking to make sure I was on track on a day to day basis and willing to answer any questions I had. I felt extremely valued.Nov 13, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The pricing is very reasonable considering our staff having degrees in exercise science, as well as a gold standard certification, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from NSCA. If it is true one on one rates then the $70 per hour will apply. If a small group is looking for training the price will be adjusted accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Starts with a screening process consisting of a health history questionnaire, or PARQ+, as well as a liability waiver. Once we have that taken care of that, we will do an assessment of the client to determine the strengths of the clients and also the weaknesses of the client. The assessment will look at resting HR, body metrics, estimated VO2max, strength, and mobility. Based off our assessment we will then write a program to fit the goals of the client, as well as the needs of the client. The program will be very specific to the client. We will test and re-test accordingly to make sure we are making progress and headed in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Posses a degree in Exercise Science, as well as holding a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from NSCA. You must graduate with a bachelors in science to even take the certification. I have been training for 6 years now, and also worked in the exercise physiology lab at Kennesaw State for a year doing research. I have worked with little kids to professional athletes, and everything in between.
