I called Grove Family Plumbing to replace my hot water heater that started to leak. John came out promptly, showed up on time, thoroughly went through all aspects of what had to be replaced and was able to do the work at the time of the estimate. He wear shoe covers, was clean, tidy and professional. Not many plumbers out there like that! I'll be calling John for all my plumbing needs!

John installed my faucets in my master bathroom for a great price and was able to come out in the evening after work, accommodating my hectic schedule. Reasonable pricing with great quality. I will never pay the prices of those big plumbing companies again!

Flat rate price for each job - one price no matter how long it takes me to complete
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask many questions to determine my clients needs. Then I schedule an appointment that works for the client. I show up on time and wear shoe covers when entering the property. I then quote the price for services requested up front before I perform the work. Then I'll perform the work neatly and correctly. Clean up is last and very important to me! I always answer any questions my clients have about the service before I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years experience in service plumbing both commercial and residential. I'm a licensed plumber and back flow tester.
