- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will pricing and fees monthly are in wine with the market. however a lot of the large companies will nickel-and-dime the customer in the end costing a lot more. we also give our GUARANTEE if a tenant leaves it does not pay the entire lease
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the typical process for new customers is to get as much information about the property in the customer's expectations over the phone next we would go out to the property to be sure we price it to maximize the customers bottom line
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
first and foremost We Are Real Estate Investors ourselves we both hold real estate license in the state of Georgia. we have 20-plus years of real estate experience in 7 years of property management experience. Ernie has a bachelor's degree in business and marketing Sheila has completed the Georgia real estate appraisal course and is also a certified paralegal which is huge advantage in Property Management.
